Tommy's Road Rescue, LLC, publicly branded as Tommy's Road Rescue, wants customers with disabilities to be able to obtain the same website information and request help through a practical alternative when a digital barrier occurs.

Accessibility goal

The website uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA as an improvement target. That goal is not a claim that every page, device, browser, assistive-technology combination, linked third-party resource, or future update currently conforms to every success criterion. Accessibility is reviewed as the site and its content change.

Features built into this release

• Navigation, links, buttons, form labels, and expandable questions are intended to work without a mouse.
• Text remains readable when enlarged, and layouts are designed to reflow on smaller screens.
• Meaning is not communicated by color alone, and informative images receive text alternatives.
• Forms provide visible labels and instructions and prepare an email draft rather than falsely reporting a completed dispatch.
• The phone number provides a direct alternative for urgent service information and tasks that are difficult to complete online.

Known limits and third-party content

The site links to government, manufacturer, traffic, map, email, and other third-party services that Tommy's does not control. Their accessibility can change independently. The current request form relies on the visitor's email application; device and email-client behavior may vary. Tommy's will work to provide a reasonable alternative and review the reported website issue. No fixed remediation time is promised because severity, reproduction, third-party dependencies, and the requested alternative can differ.
