What this release collects

The current website does not send form entries to a website database. A form prepares an email draft on your device, and you choose whether to send it to recoverykc@gmail.com. Information may include your name, contact details, vehicle and pickup details, commercial needs, career interest, or customer feedback. Do not send financial-account numbers, Social Security numbers, government-ID images, medical information, or payment card details through these forms or ordinary email.

Location, photographs, and technical information

The coverage checker compares text you type with a published city list; it does not request device location or retain an address. This release does not provide a website photo-upload control. If you later choose to send a location or photograph by email, it is handled with the related request. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs needed for security and delivery, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page. Tommy's does not currently place advertising or analytics cookies through this release.

Use, access, disclosure, and retention

Information is used to review service, estimate, account, employment, or feedback requests; communicate with you; document service; protect safety and property; and meet legal obligations. Submitted information may be accessed by the company owner through recoverykc@gmail.com and by a service provider or professional adviser only when reasonably needed for those purposes. It may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect people, vehicles, or rights. Tommy's does not sell submitted personal information. Website-request information is ordinarily retained for up to one year, unless a longer period is required for an actual job, account, dispute, insurance matter, employment process, or legal duty.

Your choices and questions

You may call or email to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. A request may require identity verification and may be limited by recordkeeping, safety, contract, insurance, or legal obligations.
