No online dispatch

Website content, an email draft, an email, or an online inquiry does not assign a truck or guarantee service. A request becomes eligible for dispatch only after a live dispatcher confirms the customer, location, vehicle, requested work, availability, price or estimate, and assignment. If dispatch has not confirmed an assignment, assume no truck is coming.

Safety and emergency services

Call 911 first for injuries, fire, hazardous material, immediate danger, or a vehicle blocking active traffic. Do not enter traffic, stand between vehicles, or attempt a recovery that could place you or others at risk. Tommy's is a towing and roadside company, not a police, fire, medical, or government agency.

Availability, estimates, and authorization

Service depends on the location, traffic, weather, vehicle, access, equipment, operator, destination, and other job conditions. Arrival times are estimates unless dispatch expressly states otherwise. Towing starts at $125; mileage and other disclosed charges may apply. A website price is not a complete quote. The customer must provide accurate information and have authority to request work for the vehicle and destination. Additional work or changed conditions may require a revised price and approval.

Vehicle custody and release

Vehicle location, custody, charges, and release information may require identity, ownership, lien, or authorization verification. Storage sites are not public customer-service locations. Follow the release instructions confirmed by the office rather than relying on website mailing details.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain protected vehicle information without authority. Site content is general information and may change as services and policies are verified. These website terms supplement—not replace—the specific terms, authorization, invoice, account agreement, or release requirements that apply to an actual job.
