EV, luxury, and classic vehicles require vehicle-specific transport planning. Dispatch must verify the exact model, manufacturer instructions, energy or fuel hazards, ride height, wheel and brake condition, access, securement points, destination, and current compatible equipment before assignment.
Specialty-vehicle transport is job-specific. Mileage, vehicle dimensions and condition, low clearance, non-rolling wheels, required loading aids, securement, garage access, waiting, tolls, destination procedure, and compatible equipment can affect the estimate. The local towing starting price is not a universal specialty-vehicle quote.
Call 911 for injury, fire, smoke, unusual heat, hissing, leaking fuel, an exposed high-voltage component, a vehicle blocking a live lane, or another immediate danger. Treat an EV or hybrid high-voltage system as energized after a crash. Do not touch exposed wiring, open a damaged battery area, reconnect a charger, or enter a vehicle that responders direct you to avoid.
Do not assume one method fits every EV. Follow the transport instructions for the exact year, make, model, drivetrain, condition, and available power. Dispatch must confirm the approved loading and transport method before assignment.
Some vehicles provide a model-specific mode that releases a parking brake or allows controlled rolling for loading. Requirements can include a key, low-voltage power, brake input, or touchscreen access, and the mode may cancel if power is lost. It is not permission to road-tow the vehicle contrary to the manual.
Report crash or underbody damage, flood exposure, smoke, odor, hissing, unusual heat, warning messages, exposed wiring, charger status, traction-battery state of charge, and low-voltage power. Call 911 for an active or suspected fire or immediate danger.
Dispatch can evaluate ride height, overhangs, wheelbase, slope, surface, bumper or splitter position, suspension mode, and available loading aids, but no website statement guarantees clearance or a damage-free result. Share measurements and wide photographs before assignment.
The plan depends on the vehicle's structure, approved points, wheels, tires, suspension, modifications, and owner or manufacturer instructions. Generic hooks or straps can damage vintage, restored, carbon-fiber, aero, brake, or suspension components.
Possibly, when the charger is compatible, accessible, and authorized and the vehicle can be positioned within cable reach. Delivery does not guarantee the vehicle will accept a charge. Confirm destination instructions and arrange professional help if the vehicle reports a fault or battery damage.
Price depends on mileage, dimensions, condition, clearance, locked or damaged wheels, loading aids, securement, access, waiting, tolls, destination procedure, and compatible equipment. Obtain the complete dispatcher-confirmed estimate before assignment.

If anyone is injured, in immediate danger, facing a fire or hazardous spill, or blocking an active traffic lane, call 911 first. Move only when you can do so without entering traffic or increasing the danger.
Call live dispatch. An online form or email does not dispatch a truck.
