- Scheduled transportation to a repair facility, dealer, residence, auction, or other authorized destination

- Pickup and destination, total route, requested timing, and whether the pickup is on a public road, private lot, garage, or controlled property
- Vehicle year, make, model, drivetrain, approximate size, and any manufacturer transport instructions
- Whether it rolls, steers, brakes, shifts into neutral, has keys, and has an accessible tow eye or recovery point
- Visible collision, wheel, suspension, underbody, or high-voltage damage and any leaking fluid, smoke, heat, or warning message
- Posted garage clearance, gate or lot access, loading space, surface slope, and photographs when dispatch requests them through an approved channel

Can an electric vehicle be transported on a flatbed?
Many manufacturers specify a flatbed or other all-wheels-off-ground method, but the exact instructions are model-specific. Report any collision, battery warning, smoke, heat, fluid, or underbody damage immediately and follow emergency guidance first.
What if the wheels are locked or the vehicle will not shift into neutral?
Tell dispatch before assignment. Locked wheels, missing keys, steering damage, suspension damage, or an inaccessible tow mode can require different loading tools or make a proposed method unsuitable.
Can a lowered or classic vehicle be loaded without damage?
Dispatch can review clearance, loading angle, overhang, tire and suspension condition, and access, but no website promise can eliminate every risk. Share accurate measurements and photographs through an approved channel if requested.
Will a flatbed fit inside my parking garage?
