Heavy-duty towing is a capacity- and authority-sensitive request. Dispatch must identify the disabled unit, combined configuration, load, scene, route, destination, and required recovery method before confirming whether qualified equipment and personnel are available.
The advertised $125 towing starting price does not quote a heavy-duty job. Heavy-duty pricing is job-specific and can depend on equipment class, labor, recovery work, mileage, cargo, permits, traffic control, environmental response, waiting time, tolls, storage, and destination requirements. Dispatch must provide or arrange a written estimate before assignment when practicable.
Call 911 for injury, fire, hazardous material, a commercial vehicle blocking active traffic, an unstable load, or another immediate danger. Stay out of live lanes, away from the downhill side of the unit, suspended or shifted cargo, damaged air or electrical systems, and the expected recovery path. Follow incident-command and roadway instructions.
No. It is a heavy-duty inquiry guide. Dispatch must verify the vehicle, load, scene, route, destination, qualified equipment, personnel, authority, insurance, and current availability before accepting the job.
Provide the power unit and trailer GVWRs, actual loaded weights when known, axle count, vehicle dimensions, cargo description, and whether the combination remains connected. A generic label such as semi, box truck, bus, or RV is not enough to select equipment safely.
No. Scene control and emergency first-move rules can differ from a later move between facilities. The responsible agency controls an active scene, and a later interstate or commercial movement can require additional authority, driver qualification, insurance, routing, and securement review.
Only after dispatch verifies the cargo, weight, condition, securement, route, destination, equipment, authority, and qualified fulfillment. Shifted, leaking, hazardous, refrigerated, livestock, or otherwise specialized loads may require additional responders or a different provider.
No named partnership is represented on this page. If outside support is needed, dispatch must identify the actual provider and obtain the customer's approval before assignment.

If anyone is injured, in immediate danger, facing a fire or hazardous spill, or blocking an active traffic lane, call 911 first. Move only when you can do so without entering traffic or increasing the danger.
Call live dispatch. An online form or email does not dispatch a truck.
