A vehicle lockout starts with safety and authorization. Dispatch must confirm who is requesting access, the vehicle and key situation, current location, and whether the available service fits the lock and security system without promising entry, key creation, programming, or repair.
Lockout and key-help pricing depends on location, vehicle, access, service type, time, and current fulfillment. The advertised $125 towing starting price is not a universal lockout or locksmith price. Ask dispatch to identify the actual service provider and confirm the price before assignment.
Call 911 immediately when a child or vulnerable person is locked in a vehicle, or when heat, cold, smoke, fire, a medical problem, active traffic, or another danger makes the situation urgent. Do not delay emergency help while waiting for a commercial service provider.
Be prepared to show photo identification and reliable proof that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission, such as registration, insurance, a rental agreement, or verifiable authorization. Dispatch may require additional confirmation or decline the request.
Do not assume so. Key cutting, transponder or fob programming, ignition work, and high-security systems require vehicle-specific tools and authorization. Dispatch must identify the actual qualified provider and confirm the exact service before assignment.
Call 911 immediately. Heatstroke and other medical emergencies can develop quickly. Follow emergency-dispatch instructions and do not wait for a routine roadside appointment.
No. No entry method is advertised as damage-proof, and some vehicles should be handled only with manufacturer-specific procedures or by a qualified locksmith. Existing damage and prior attempts should be disclosed before service.
No named partnership is represented on this page. When outside support is needed, dispatch must identify the provider, scope, availability, and price before the customer approves assignment.

Call live dispatch. An online form or email does not dispatch a truck.
