Grand Boulevard, 13th Street, and Walnut Street
A district name is not an exact pickup. Give the street, direction, nearest cross street, curb side, lane or turn restriction, building entrance, and whether crowds, barricades, rideshare activity, or traffic control affect access.
13th and Walnut garage area
Identify the exact garage and public vehicle entrance, not only a nearby venue. Provide posted height, level, stall, gate or ticket process, ramp and turn limits, vehicle condition, security contact, and lawful loading space.
Event and arena traffic
Concerts, games, conventions, and district events can change streets, garages, pedestrian zones, loading points, and security procedures. Follow current City, police, traffic-control, venue, property, and garage directions.
Streetcar tracks and stops
Report whether the vehicle is beside or across streetcar tracks, near a stop, or on a restricted transit movement. Do not stage on tracks, enter a closed block, or assume a curb is available for loading.
Hotels, restaurants, and controlled property
Name the exact business or building, public entrance, valet or security contact, garage or lot, gate, unit or stall when appropriate, owner authorization, and a safe public meeting point clear of emergency and delivery access.
Downtown Loop approaches
If the vehicle is actually on I-35, I-70, I-670, a Loop ramp, or an access road, give the signed route, direction, ramp movement, nearest exit, shoulder or lane, and safe pin rather than naming the district alone.
